How We Evaluate
Demonstrated skill over résumé polish: payer knowledge, systems fluency, and the habits of documentation and follow-through. Experience with Texas Medicaid, TRICARE, workers’ comp, or specific specialty billing is valued explicitly and worth highlighting.
